Hi

If you wanna use the l4d2 servers all you need to do is before you start a lobby . Go into the console and type mm_dedicated_force_servers (Server ip + Port) .

Eg.
mm_dedicated_force_servers 91.192.208.50:27030

Same goes for Td's Server just put in his Ip.

This works better that sv_search_key

Start a lobby and select game and it will find the servers.
